Pre-Order FAQ

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. The reason we do pre-orders is because we are a small at home business. Unfortunately we don’t have the funds to place orders in massive quantities. When we order from manufacturers the minimum order we can place is anywhere from 100-200 pieces.
You can place a pre-order the same way you would place a regular order. By adding the product to your cart and checking out you’ve secured your order! You will also receive a confirmation email about your order.
Each piece is hand made ceramics and anything can go wrong in the process. Due to the nature of ceramics there could be a delay in creating them. There could also be an unforeseen weather delay or a US customs delay at the port of entry. I'll update the list if there are any delays and also notify you via email.
You have up to 3 days from your original purchase date to request a refund. After the 3 day period you can request a refund as per our pre-order terms & conditions policy policy. Hopefully you read the terms before purchasing but just in case. To vsit the pre-order terms & conditions go to
All pre orders will be packaged in the same order that purchases were made. Please understand many times with pre-orders we have to package & ship up 200 pieces. We will try out best to send out your order within 1-3 business days of us getting it.
If the pre-order product is set to arrive in the same shipment then your purchase will go out together. The only instance your pre-order will ship separately is if you pre-order different products and styles based on different delivery dates. Examples of when your pre-order will ship seprate: Pre-ordering a square birdhouse and a round birdhouse at the same time.
No. Any time you will try to check out with a pre-order in your cart the system won’t allow you to purchase additional products. All pre-orders have to be placed individually.
We will process payments as soon as you place the order.
We strive to keep the expected date of arrival as up-to-date as possible. But because we don’t have control over the full production, bureaucracy & shipping or mother nature, pre-order dates are subject to change without prior notice. Possible reasons For Delayed Shipping: Handmade ceramics can break during the creation process. Orders arrive to the U.S.A via container ships. Unforeseen circumstances can delay the shipping date. U.S customs and border control could hold onto the shipment for longer than expected for inspections.

Yes. You have up to 3 days from the original purchase date to modify or cancel your pre-order. If you would like to cancel your pre-order please contact customer support. After the 3 days you can’t cancel your pre-order because it has either been sent to the manufacturer or is being crafted.
If you wan’t to return a pre-order you must request a return within 3 days of the delivery date. A pre-ordered product can’t be returned because you changed your mind. Pre-orders can only be returned if there are major defects. All ceramics are hand made and have their own flaws and imperfections. These are not considered major defects.
At this time we only offer shipping within the U.S.A. Unfortunately, we cannot ship pre-orders to APO/FPO or Canadian addresses at this time. We are working on a method to allow this type of shipping in the future.
All pre-orders are shipped using our USPS Priority Mail shipping methods once the item has been received by us.. U.S.: Priority Mail (2-3 business days after processing)
